After the Thanksgiving Holidays join us for Yoga into the Divine. You will be aligned to your brilliant true nature through a series of asanas (yoga Poses) . Then you will be guided in a deep meditation where you will meet Light Beings as they give you a gift to open for the holiday season and New Year. Celebrate the Holidays with Estefania and Evie.
Through this mindful and meditative practice Evie and Estefania invite you to access your inner Divinity. We are all keepers of the Sacred Flame and are Divine. As we do asanas (yoga postures) we activate the Divine spark within so that we can be the beacons of light. This class will prepare you for the holiday season.
