We’ll come together to hold the energy of a sacred space as we guide you to open the channels of the

energetic body to experience the light body within, through Yoga postures and pranayama. Get ready to purify and recalibrate your energy centers and receive light body activation. As each person is receiving the activation, we’ll meditate together, amplifying our receptivity and awareness.

This workshop is led by Estefania Mas and Evie Michelle will be doing Light Body Activations towards the end of the Workshop. 

Wear yoga clothing, a towel, yoga mat, bring water and be ready to break a sweat and get activated.
