Michelle Alva will guide us into the shadow aspects of our lives, inviting us to feel what we don't like to acknowledge, creating a loving and safe, sacred space for us... we will connect to our dark, our repressed, our sides that we hide from others and then we will give those parts opportunities to be expressed via sound, breath, movement and then to embrace and feel grateful for all aspects of ourselves---the contrast in our lives, in our bodies, in our BEING.

Evie will be speaking the language of light to align us with the energies of the equinox . Estefania Mas will be doing purifying kriyas breathwork to enhance our vitality.

6:30pm - 6:50pm :: Kevin A. Walton :: A Journey Through The Medicine Wheel

Kevin will take us on a meditative journey through the medicine wheel as we honor the 7 Sacred Directions. Through this process we will recognize these aspects of and in ourselves discovering how we can become aware of the cycles (stages of growth) we are living through in each story we tell, and how to move through or shift them at an accelerated rate with the deeper understanding of our inner tools and the power that is inherent within us.

The Fall Equinox marks the time to begin turning inward, to meet the call to introspect that comes to its climax at the Winter Solstice. I will be offering a meditation to guide participants into deeper relationship with themselves to live more fully from their interior.

This ancient Shamanic Healing will cleanse us as we invoke the four directions, our ancestors, the Earth energies of Pachamama, and the universal spirit of Grandfather fire, by Fire Keeper, Edgar Medina. 

This ceremony offers a cleansing of your energy field and brings in our ancestral elders to empower us and fertilize our seeds. Join us as we connect with the heartbeat of the Earth and sacred drum, as we re-connect with our true nature of pure heart-centered consciousness. This ancient ceremony supports us to connect with the Divine Presence within all of us and to honor the Earth so we can live our fullest potential.
